Personal data and processing

By clicking on the appropriate button "Sign up" or "OK" on the user registration screen, you agree that Mybazar, i.e. KPTN d.o.o. Sarajevo ("Company") collects and processes personal data that you have provided. Personal data will be collected and used in accordance with domestic and foreign regulations on the protection of personal data. Personal data will be used only for the purpose and in connection with the provision of MyBazar services, which are necessary for professional relations between the Company, service users, government authorities, business partners, etc. The following are considered personal data:

Your email account information (including your email account username and password);
Your Facebook account information (including username, password and registered email address used to register such Facebook account);
your identity (including your first and last name, identification number, identity card number, passport number, data on birth, residential address, etc.);
Your contact information (including your telephone number, mailing address and fax number);
Your financial information (including your credit card information and bank account number);

If you are a merchant using MyBazar services solely for the purpose of selling and/or providing services that are registered to display, advertise and/or sell to other users through the MyBazar Platform (“Products and/or Services”), your business information (including about your business registration, business registration documentation, any applicable accreditations, licenses, permits or legal authorization obtained from or issued by government authorities to sell products and/or Services and your business bank account details);
All data related to the sale or purchase of products and/or services through the MyBazar platform;

Purpose of processing

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data differs from the nature and relationship with the Company and will be used:

To process the application for user registration and in order to assess the eligibility to register as a "customer" or "merchant" for the use of MyBazar services;
To confirm your eligibility to provide, sell or purchase certain products and/or services, and to offer you improved offers;
To monitor and/or evaluate your performance in using the MyBazar Services;
For the preparation and execution of legal documents and/or instruments related to products and/or services (if applicable);
To assist you in your dealings with suppliers or other organizations in connection with the delivery of products and/or services;
For verification and security purposes;
To respond to all inquiries and complaints, such as cancellation of subscription to services, product returns or refunds (if applicable);
For the purposes of market research and development in order to improve MyBazar services through quality assurance and service improvement activities;
For internal checks and functions including statistical analysis and modelling, reporting, compliance, auditing and risk assessment, management and monitoring;
To create data, reports and statistics that are anonymized or generated in a way that does not identify you as an individual;
For financial purposes, including accounting and tax

Disclosure of Information

The Company may disclose your personal data to the following parties (including those inside and outside BiH):

to the Company's employees, contractors, vendors and service providers (including but not limited to professional, financial and/or payment service providers) who provide services including data processing services related to the above purposes;
All delivery service providers that are selected during the delivery of products and/or services;
State bodies;
Merchants who sell and/or provide services to you,
business partners of the Company and/or other financial institutions in connection with the provision of MyBazar services and/or any transactions that you have conducted or are the subject of services and
Other parties, in relation to which you have consented to the disclosure of your personal data;
