‘FILTER’ OPTION

In an open community such as Mybazar, it may happen that a bazar isn’t interested in exchanging with other specific bazars.In this case, and respecting the free individual choice, it’s possible to use a ‘filter’ option and apply it to the bazars you don’t want to exchange with.
Following the ethical rules of the Community, the ‘filter’ option can be used only after and through previous contacts happened between the two bazars.


RATIFYABLE BEHAVIOURS

SpammingIt’s not allowed to send commercial or not-requested messages, or anyway to send messages without an explicit consent, to other bazars belonging to Mybazar’s community using the e-mail, fax, or other
communication tools.

Disturbing actions
It’s not allowed to take any invading or disturbing action towards other bazars belonging to Mybazar’s community.

Reservedness and contact personal informations
Respecting the usual right to the personal privacy, it’s totally forbidden to disclose or communicate anyway and anyhow, if not expressly allowed, the personal contact informations obtained from another bazar during the carrying on of the barter deals.

Personal identifying account
The falsification of your own personal account for the sake of fraud means the automatic and immediate deletion from the Bazar’s Community of Mybazar.

There won’t be sanctions imposed on behaviours coming from bare incomprehensions, misunderstandings, or anyway from actions evidently not taken against the trust of the Community’s users.


SANCTIONS
The sanctions wich can be gradually taken against the bazars if the rules of behaviour are violated, may differenciate on the seriousness of the action and/or its repetition and/or the gravity of the effects brought to the proper working of the Bazar’s Community in its whole, and they can be:
· the commination of a formal admonition;
· the temporary suspension of the bazar;
· the undetermined suspension.
The sanctions will be applied after having assured the real conditions and the factual context wich has lead to the contested behaviour.
