The protection of the privacy policy is an essential instrument to safeguard and to maintain a proper exchaning platform, charaterized by trasparent relationships, and by the full respect of the right to the privacy of the Community’s users.  
Mybazar guarantees the reservedness of its user’s personal data, using the most efficacious technologies in order to avoid unauthorized accesses to its database and/or to avoid the eventual loss ar the incidental deletion of the same data.
This policy of Mybazar describes how we handle all the personal informations collected from the users when they browse the website of Mybazar and when they use its services. This policy applies as well in case of condivision of the personal data collected by commercial partners of Mybazar. 

INFORMATIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA
Mabazar takes care to use the personal data given by the users with the sole purpose to provide a regular access to the website and the relative fruition of the services.
The registering data, as well as any other information associable, directly or indirectly, with a particular user, are collected using as well informatic instruments and procedures, for the purposes here described:
a) purposes directly connected with the aim to provide and manage the service, according with the relative regulations;
b) commercial informations, customer care, marketing and market-researches, even in conjunction with specialized marketing companies with whom Mybazar has, or should have in the future, stipulated a commercial contract; this use is subject to the user’s consent.
The use of the personal data, necessary to enter  the Community and use the relative services, can be made without the explicit consent, even to respond to specific legal requirements, regulation and to the communitarian law appliable, and, in precisely specified cases, to pursue a lawful Mybazar’s aim, and as well to defend an own right in a judicial proceeding.    
Not to give, even partially, the registering data expressly required as necessary to pursue the aims related to the providing and management of the service, causes the impossibility to proceed registering correctly, and so providing the service.
Within the limits and aims determined by the law, some personal data may be disclosed, for all the puroposes explained above at the item a), to the community’s users, to third parties, public or private, in charge of activities aimed at providing the serving or directly connected with it, and as well, subject to the user’s consent, to other business entities offering products and/or services on the web, should Mybazar stipulate a commercial or partnership contract with in order to support propagating and providing the service.
Mybazar reserves to itself the right to collect some personal data in a combined and anonymous form and to give them to specialized societies for studies and market-researches. Mybazar can, as well, use some personal data, such as the user ID and the e-mail address, to tell the users about new services and promotional offers on the website. It’s possible to consent us to use the personal data for all the commercial purposes explained above at the item b); we specify that the refusal of this consent could mean the impossibility for the user to gain the access to all the classes of promotional services of Mybazar.  
The 7th item of the Code ruling the handling of personal data, recognizes to the user the faculty to exercise specifical rights, among them the right to receive the confirmation if the own personal data exist or not and their disposal in an explicit form; to get ackowledge of the data’s origin, and of the logic and purposes on wich the use is based; to obtain the deletion, the conversion of the data in an anonymous form or to stop the illegal use of the data, and as well the updating, the rectification, or, if there’s any interest, the integration of the same; to oppose their use for unlawful purposes, and as well to oppose, anytime, their use for marketing and commercial aims. To exercise those rights, the user can address directly to the responsible for handling the data.
We specify that that the titular for handling the  personal data, according to the Privacy Code, is Mybazar.     
Accepting these provisions the user authorizes Mybazar to collect disclose transfer his own personal data to the specified subjects, within the limits and aims determined by this policy.    

COLLECTION AND USE OF THE DATA
Mybazar collects the personal data from its users during the registering procedure, as well as during the procedures required to activate the various on-line services.The personal data are collected with the aim to provide Mybazar’s services, and, in case of specific consent, for promotional and demonstrative purposes.
The personal data Mybazar requires in order to open an own identifying account and obtain the registration to the website for providing the relative services, are the following: - name and surname- place and day of birth- sex- Fiscal code- Address- E-mail address
The optional data, handled in an anonymous and combined form, for bare statistical puropses, are the following: family- job- hobbies and interests- how you know Mybazar
The personal data are required during the registering procedure, in order to use the services of Mybazar. The collection of the personal data necessary to register, pointed out by an asterisk in the registration form or during the use of the services of the website, is made in order to give the access to Mybazar’s community, and the eventual refusal to give us this data means the impossibility to use Mybazar’s services.
Mybazar collects and handles, using electronic and automatic tools, some informations from the browser used, among them the IP address, the informations on the cookies and the pages requested by the user.
Mybazar uses as well automic tools to collect informations, such as, for example, the “web beacons” and cookies, to pursue its aims, such as making the expositive advertisements and the contents provided to the user more personal, inform the users about the state of his requests of particular services, about promotional offers and as well about the possibility to benefit of particular customized services.
In case of release, during the own activities on the website, of a “reliability remark” following the negotiations between the interested users, or in case of participation to forums and/or debates, the relating informations will be made public.
To safeguard Mybazar’s Community and limit the fraud risk, the activation of an internal code about the model of behaviour adopted by the user, and connected mainly with the valutation of the own reliability profile may be provided, for exclusive internal and reserved purposes.                              

COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF THE PERSONAL DATA         
As a general rule, Mybazar doesn’t share nor disclose to anyone personal data wich could lead  to the identification of its own users.
The identification of an user and his activities on the website is made by the user ID, or nickname.All the users can make a virtual visit of the web windows, of the Community, and of all the informations they contain.
The reliablity remarks received during the own activities on the website, as well as the eventual interesting messages posted in the Community’s Forum will be made public.
In case of a specific interest, coming with the bartering activities, of two users to know each the contact informations about each other, is given the possibility, just to them, to share their data.
The content of the communications given in this context is not known, nor stored, by Mybazar. The personal data of the users can be disclosed to third parties, according to the laws in force, only in these cases:
• the explicit consent for the specific disclosure is given;
• it’s necessary to share the data with  commercial partners in order to provide a service specifically required by the user;
• it’s necessary to disclose the informations, in order to provide specific services, to other business entities operating for and on behalf of  Mybazar;
• it’s compulsory to do so to comply with legal requests;
• Mybazar considers a violation to its agreement or its Ethical code having been committed, and so it decides not to maintain the users. 
Mybazar may collaborate, in its activities, with internal service providers, to wich some personal data may be disclosed. This disclosure may be necessary in order to provide the Community’s services; we guarantee that tha access to the informations will be lawful and aimed only at providing the service. The disclosure will be made according to the normative ruling the protection of the personal data, complying with the obligation of privacy and confidentiality provided by the contractual law in force.

COOKIES
Mybazar can place its cookies on the users’ terminals connected and access them.    
Mybazar allows its adertisers to do the same, specifying that their use of the cookies is subject only to their privacy policies, and not to this document. We specify that the advertisers can’t anyway access Mybazar’s cookies.  

MODIFYING AND DELETING ACCUNT’S INFORMATIONS AND PREFERENCES
Mybazar allows the user to correct, modify or delete anytime the informations and preferences related to his account, subject to the conditions and modalities explained in the specific links on the website. 
The same user acknowledges Mybazar’s exigence to store some personal data, for as long as determined by specific provisions of the law, even if the user doesn’t use no more the same services, or if he has asked to close his account.                   

INTEGRITY AND RESERVEDNESS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
In order to safeguard the privacy and the integrity of the own personal data, the informations related to the account are protected by a specific password, wich is the sole valid and identifying access instrument provided to a user of Mybazar’s Community.
By accepting the user agreement and the ethical code of the Community, the user engages himself to use others’ data with honesty and full respect of the rules in force about privacy, and engages himself as well not to use the same data differently from what provided by the specific purposes of the contract, related to the ordinary and common activities on the website.

In case of an use of personal data different from what specified in the document provided by the law and released when they’re collected, Mybazar reserves to itself the right to modify this document; the amended terms will be posted on the site before getting effective.
