KNOWLEDGE OF THE OBJECT
The users cannot declare not to know the origin, the provenance, the lawfulness or the autenticity of what’s exposed in their own windows, nor decline the eventual responsibility for it.
 
OFFENSIVE MATERIAL
The Community of Mybazar is open to all the people of every race, condition, social class, culture and with every personal opinion, sharing completely the idea of non-discrimination and respect of the human dignity.In application of the same idea, any rappresentation (description, advertisement, image, or other) of situations or circumstances meant to cause disturbance or offence to any of the members won’t be allowed.

TRADEMARK ABUSE
In order to protect the intellectual property and the copyright, it’s not allowed to include in the description of an own exposed object in the window, the trademark or the logo of a society different from the specific maker of the same object, or wich holds the rights on it.

DEFERMENT
In addition to the list, not exhaustive, of the classes of objects for their nature, use or destination non allowed in the window, there may be other possible prohibitions about objects that, for monopoly systems, authorization releases, concessions of permissions and licences or other normative provisions, provide restrictions and/or impediments to their exposing.The users of Mybazar can inform against the precence of objects exposed wich are not allowed for bartering, or exposed in violation of third parties’ rights.    The owners of the intellectual property can point out objects exposed in violation of their copyrights.

 
EXPOSING INTERDICTS

ANIMALS AND PRODUCTS MADE FROM ANIMALS
It’s prohibited the exposure of animals and products made from them, if they are species protected, or dying out, according to the national and communitarian law, and to the international agreements in force. 

ALL WEAPONS AND PRODUCTS RELATED TO THEIR USE
It’s prohibited the exposure of weapons, of every kind and/or class, explicitly prohibited by the national or international law, and every product related to them and usable, directly or indirectly, to cause personal offence.  

COPIES AND COUNTERFAIT OBJECTS
It’s prohibited the exposure of counterfait objects and/or copies or non-authorised objects, according to the laws against piracy and falsification.

DRUGS AND NARCOTICS
It’s prohibited the exposure of drugs or narcotics, neither products meant to bring to their use and/or advertise them.

MEDICINES
It’s prohibited the exposure, or the   advertisement, of every type or class of medicines.

DANGEROUS OBJECTS
It’s prohibited to expose in the own window all the objects that, for their same nature, may be a danger to health, or to personal as well as to public safety.  

PORNOGRAPHIC OR OBSCENE MATERIAL
It’s prohibited the exposure of material that, implicitly or explicitly, contains, even partially, obscene or pornographic aims, descriptions or images.
